The French Country Manor Attic

The attic! And what a mess!

Here are a few of the finer decorating points:

• The miniaturized newspaper print was cut and aged with  an India Ink mixture.

• All wood was also aged with the same ink mixture.

• The insulation is actually  polyester pillow stuffing soaked and aged in tea.  (I believe the flavor was Constant Comment!?) Note: Flavor does not make a difference! 

• All of the wood shavings were created from sawing wood and creating shavings.

• All of the fabric and various materials--towels, sheets, dresses, etc. were also aged in tea.
