Both the baker and the florist were created by Marcia Backstrom. The baker is slightly heavier than his brother, since he has been tasting his wares... Please note the variety of items available, as well as the boxed and labeled items. The front cabinet is glass and houses two shelves of tiny treats!
The furniture was created by the Linwood Group; unfortunately, due to the death of Jim Fisher, the group is no longer making miniature furniture. Jim and I designed both the bakery and floral shop with the idea that the proprietors were older and that they owned their shops for many years. The furnishings are a dark wood designed to look older.
